Eligibilty For Admission

1. For Admission in F.Y.B.A - Passed std 12 or Equivalent exam attach with application form marksheet of std 12 and school leaving certificate in original and two verified photo Xerox copies.
* For S.Y.B.A & T.Y.B.A - attach all marksheets of previous years.
* Fill new admission form every year.
* Admission will be cancelled if wrong information is given in the application form and paid fees will not be given back.
2. Information of fees is exhibited on the noticeboard.
3. Students of F.Y.B.A should produce enrollment form,photo,Xerox copy of std. 12 marksheet and two stamp size recent colour photographs with the application from.
4. Transfer & Eligibility certificate:-* students,seeking admission here,coming from other college of hemchndrachrya north Gujarat university,patan must bring no objection certificate(NOC) and a Transfer certificate (T.C) from their college.
* Students ,seeking admission here ,coming from other university ,must bring eligibility certificate from hemchandra north Gujarat university,patan during the first terms only.the should produce provisional eligibility certificate with the application forms.producing eligibility certificate is the student’s responsibility otherwise the admission student cancelled.
5. Regular presents is compulsory during both terms.
6. Students should immediately inform the college office if any change takes place in the information provided in the application from or college office contact the principal in any kind of difficulty .
7. Student and guardian should sign the affidavit reading all the information in it is the presence of the principal or the authorized person’s.Admission will be cancelled if failed to follow the instructions in certificate.
8. Rules & Regulation of the university and the college will be applicable for admission and the decision of the principal will be final.
9. Students spacing the first or second years should get admission in the next year class with in fifteen days of declaration of the result. No right for admission could be elaimed then after.
10. While leaving the college students should get the refund of money and other deposits in the same academic/financial year .It will not be refunded then after.
11. Students have the freedom for choice of the subject. But one selected subjects should not be changed.
